PRIVACY POLICY

Advertising on the network:

I've reviewed and approved my campaign to be published in the Pushpin Kiosk network. "I understand Pushpin offers advertising space on our digital platform. We guarantee that paid running time on our network will be maintained. If power failures or maintenance exceeding 24hrs, we will extend/refund the lost time equally. Advertisements accepted on our platform are the sole responsibility of the applicants. We do not provide any personal or company information regarding your campaign. Refunds will only be given for unused time once the campaign enters a new cycle; at that point, it's considered used time. The cycle for billing is monthly. Ending the campaign prematurely: will forfeit the remaining time in the cycle. Campaigns cannot conflict with the host. For example, if the host of a kiosk sells candy, related ads may be displayed at that location. Editing campaigns will be allowed three times per campaign for annual sales only. Pushpin is a family business, and we do not tolerate inappropriate ads. Any inappropriate advertising will be disregarded.  Advertising sales for all kiosks will cover all available kiosks at the time of purchase. If a kiosk becomes available to the network, your advertisement will not be displayed because it was unavailable at the time of sale. 

 

Becoming a host:

To become a host, you must meet Pushpin standards and agree to all conditions below.

1. Open five days a week or more

2. Clear floor space to display

3. Power outlet for kiosk/sign

4. Six-month notice for kiosk/sign removal

5. Hosts are not to tamper with signs/kiosks in any way

6. Any upgrade features are paid for by the host annually

7. Hosts can not give quotes or sell advertising slots unless the kiosk/sign is a private display.

8. We offer free slots for business names and hours.

9. Only food market signs display company ads free on the hosted sign.

10. Wifi kiosks or signs are paid for by the host.

11. Wall-hanging signs only cover holes to be filled in after the removal.

12. The kiosk will display Pushpins advertisements unless the host upgrades to private media.

13. Pushpin Kiosk will approve or disapprove of the location at its discretion.

Pushpin Bulletin Board:

The bulletin board campaign runs for up to 60 seconds and up to 10 months.

This section advertises charity and free services/events.
